Flexible Options
On day two the workshop offers two options;
with or without the Transform! learning simulation.
Option A: Transform!
The participants will spend the full day working through the powerful learning simulation Transform! You will get a chance to take on the leadership role in a publicly listed company, and over the span of six intense hours lead the company through a successful transformation and, ultimately, market dominance.
Option B: Deep dive into the Transformational Company Workbook. Extensive training on the 15-tool Workbook and its selection of strategy tools.
