The Scale Up! & Strategy Workshop is an hands-on discovery session on the three Stratey Tools simulations – and how you can use them.

The Strategy Tools simulations are advanced, powerful learning simulations – perfect for accelerators, strategy processes, executive education programs, ecosystems and company development.

Developed by Christian Rangen, the Simulations are currently being rolled out to leading accelerators, strategy teams, innovation teams, business schools, innovation clusters and ecosystems.

What makes it so powerful is the number of decision points, the carry-over effects of each decision, and the required speed of decision making.
