In the afternoon session, each team will work on their own, unique scale up and capital strategy. The session will be facilitated by Christian Rangen, using three powerful scale up strategy tools. The afternoon session is optional, but highly recommended.

2:30 Concluding comments and three key take-aways

3:00 Closing of workshop. (Chris will be available for discussions, mentoring or simply diving into your scale up strategy over a glass of wine.)

ABOUT CHRISTIAN RANGEN

Christian Rangen is a serial entrepreneur, strategy advisor and business school faculty.

He works extensively on ecosystem and cluster development, working closely with governments in Europe and Asia. He has built and mentored multiple accelerator programs. He is an active angel investor and teaches strategy and entrepreneurship at several business schools. Christian works closely with investors, ranging from angel to family offices to help develop their investment strategies.
